Julian Bailey is a British artist known for his landscape paintings. He was born in 1947 in Lakenheath, Suffolk, England. Bailey studied at Ipswich School of Art and Chelsea School of Art. He has exhibited his work extensively in the UK and internationally, and his paintings are held in numerous public and private collections. Bailey's paintings are characterized by their loose brushwork and expressive use of color.
